General Return Policy

All the products from Masalamandi go through a rigorous & trusted quality checks.

We assure you of superior quality and 100% satisfaction. Therefore, once

the product is delivered there are no chances of any returns or

refunds. However, in case of product/products found to be physically damaged, defective or different from the description on the detail page shall be subject to return and refund. We at MasalaMandi have a 3 day return policy and it is available only on unopened items from the date of delivery of the product.

REFUNDS

Conditions

Refunds can be requested if the following conditions apply to at least any one of the following:

a) Item received by customer is physically damaged;

b) Item received by customer has missing parts

c) Item received by customer is different from their description on the product detail page; or

No Refund Conditions:

i) A refund will be initiated at sole discretion of MasalaMandali.com authorised personal after inspecting the returned products.

ii) In case the product is found to be physically damaged, defective, or different from the one delivered by MasalaMandli.com, customer will not be entitled for any refund.

iii) We request you to ensure that while returning the items they need to be packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged while they are in transit.

iv) Orders made using coupon code cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Please Note Masalamandi reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.

Cancellation Policy

A customer can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to product not being shipped, once the product is shipped customer will have to bear the cost of shipping charges as applicable. 3 - 5% (Depending upon the mode of payment) of the Total amount will be deducted if an order is cancelled. Order Delivery between 7-10 Working Days.
